About
This platform provides a simple way to collect, review, and manage feedback.
Anyone can create a public feedback board and invite others to share suggestions, report issues, or propose improvements. Feedback can be submitted by both registered and non-registered users.
How It Works
- A board owner creates a feedback board.
- Visitors submit feedback to that board.
- The board owner reviews each submission and decides how it should be classified.
Feedback may be assigned one of the following scopes:
- Suggestion
- Issue
- Improvement
The board owner can then assign a resolution:
- Out Of Scope
- Rejected
- Duplicate
- Won't Fix
- Under Discussion
- In Progress
- Resolved
Feedback Review Process
Newly submitted feedback is not immediately visible to the public.
Each submission enters a review period and remains private for up to 7 days. During this time, the board owner can review the feedback and decide whether it should be published.
To publish feedback, the board owner assigns both a scope and a resolution. Once assigned, the feedback becomes publicly visible on the board.
If no scope and resolution are assigned within 7 days, the feedback expires and is no longer available.
Board owners may also choose to delete feedback that is not relevant to their board.
Purpose
The purpose of this platform is to make feedback easier to collect and manage while providing a clear review process. By allowing board owners to assign scopes and resolutions, visitors can better understand how feedback is being considered and addressed.
